FREE Primary Maths Subject Knowledge Enhancement Course

FREE 5 session programme : Fridays: 11th October, 8th November, 6th December 2019, 24 January and 13 March 2020, 9.30am to 2.30pm

This 5 session course is aimed at any Primary Teachers (including NQTs and NQT's +1) wishing to improve and develop their knowledge of progression and pedagogy within the KS2 curriculum.

The aim of the project is to develop subject knowledge, teaching sequences and deep understanding in line with a Mastery approach.

Subjects covered include:

• Counting and Place Value
• Addition and Subtraction
• Multiplication and Division
• Fractions
• Measure, Shape and Statistics

Participants are required to be registered with the NCETM and provide us with their User Names at registration - it takes only moments to sign up via NCETM Join

NB. As with all our Free or Funded Maths Hub Work Groups and programmes, we are funded by the Department for Education and therefore have to prioritise State Funded schools. If spaces are still available we are able to offer these to Independent schools, however we will need to charge fees and these will be advised separately.
